Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, this 30-storey downtown office tower is defined by its sculpted, undulating glass façade. By building a complete curtain wall BIM model and utilizing precise 3D site scans, we translated complex design intent into buildable geometry—resulting in zero fabrication errors.
